Design Challenge
Metaform is a real estate development company preparing to transform London’s real estate sector by encouraging global investment opportunities. Metaform appointed Magnetic to help with the launch of Metaform Developments at a Gala event in Saudi Arabia.
We were able to to produce a number of assets to support their event everything from the company's corporate video, exhibition banners, video brochure to event leaflets and even introducing our premium services of Augmented Reality to add that extra wow factor to their event. We were also able to adopt our technological and creative skills to develop branding material that created a consistent and effective brand identity, and used the latest technology to display their event marketing material in new and innovative ways.
Creative solution
We created a video to be the main feature at the event, which introduced the company, explained their purpose and encouraged people to invest in London. In addition to this, we produced a video brochure as a take-home message which showed London as an attractive city to invest in through use of a powerful video message. This was a attractive branded piece that became a memorable keepsake to give out to potential investors at the event.
We also designed postcards with our key feature; Augmented Reality, to give potential investors a deeper insight into the advantages of investing in London real estate. We created a large scale map with key London icons that when scanned showed different London icons in a 360 view. This made Metaform appear cutting-edge and sophisticate and increase engagement at their exhibition stand.
Finally, we designed the exhibition banners which showed London’s skyline and drew attention to their exhibition stand. The client were really impressed with how the event came together.
