Design challenge


Lee Kum Kee are one of the world’s largest suppliers of sauce and condiments, serving over 220 products to more than 100 countries. They required a range of design material to support their ‘Summer Carnival’ campaign, including a website design, promotional material and printed recipe cards.

Creative solution


Magnetic designed a fully responsive website, which included an embedded HTML5 game. This involved creating the back-end of the website, the database for the prize draw entries and the admin panels. The website also had a ‘Recipes’ section with over 20 different recipes and a ‘BBQ Tips’ section, where users could share personal tips using texts and images. In addition to the website, Magnetic also designed printed material including recipe cards, banners and shelf talkers to be used in supermarkets. We then created a stand to be displayed at The Taste of London 2015 event, where LKK Summer Carnival had its official launch.
