Nowadays flexible working conditions are becoming more and more of the norm. Here at Magnetic we make every effort to be a modern-day design agency by offering our staff different arrangements that allow them to work flexibly. We are willing to negotiate working hours, regularly have ‘work from home’ days and even decide to set up our office in nice locations around London from time to time.
One such example of a flexible working arrangement at Magnetic is with our Marketing Specialist, Beth. In March 2017, Beth decided she wanted to take a year out to go travelling. Instead of having to quit her role altogether, we gave her the option to continue working whilst she’s on the move.
The beauty of working in the creative industry is that we don’t need a specific office space to be able to function. Remote working is further made possible by the wonders of new technologies and Beth is able to log in and work for us from all over the world. Offering this opportunity benefits both her and us and just shows how Magnetic continue to adapt and change in line with the routines of modern day agency life.
