ETCi provides internship opportunities and school exchange programmes for young people around the world. Every year, they help secure over 200 student summer placements in the hospitality, catering and leisure industry. ETCi engaged us to redesign their entire web presence, primarily to better position them amongst their target audience of well-educated, bilingual 18-30 year olds.
With no brand guidelines to follow and minimal copy available, we leaned heavily on our strategic expertise to plan, ideate and research content, colour palettes and fonts. A positive side-effect of achieving ETCi’s positioning objective was a more clearly defined value proposition and improved user experience.
