BERKELEY COMMUNITY PLAN —
A community plan needed to explain how a neighbourhood will work for the people living there. For Berkeley’s Regent’s View, we were asked to design a brochure that made those plans easy to follow, bringing community activities and local partnerships into the development’s existing visual identity.
The challenge
COMMUNITY PLAN
for regent's view

We organised the content so readers could find their way through the plan without facing pages of uninterrupted text. Clear headings separated the themes, while event calendars made the programme easy to scan. Photography and development imagery gave context to the information. We carried Regent’s View’s teal and gold palette through the brochure, using colour to distinguish sections and keeping the layouts consistent as the document developed into a hard copy publication.
How we navigated it

The finished Community Plan gave Berkeley a way to show prospective buyers what life at Regent’s View could look like. Community events and local partnerships made the plans for the neighbourhood tangible, helping people picture how they could take part and feel at home. It gave Berkeley a fuller story to tell about the place people were choosing to live.
