
XR ACADEMY 2024 —
Sometimes, even the world’s biggest brands need start-up energy for their incubators. In partnership with Koç University and the Turkish government, Meta came to us as they were launching a brand-new academy to teach young people about the uses of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. Mixed-reality technology is still the stuff of Sci-Fi movies for a lot of people.
The challenge

We were tasked to break down the messaging into concepts people can grasp, and engage with. Then, create a brand universe that looks out of this world. The entire brand universe was created from scratch, epitomising the entertaining possibilities of XR, whilst still retaining Meta’s signature tech-led branding. Magnetic then adapted and produced every single touchpoint, turning a key visual into an exhibition stand design, CRM emails, landing pages, social posts… even down to the lanyards at the events.
How we navigated it





Following the roaring success of the initial launch in Türkiye, Meta are now scaling up this campaign up to run across their priority European markets. We’ve already adapted this across 3 more markets and counting.
