Turning a high-end restaurant in Mayfair into a go-to destination. Rüya (Dream in Turkish) had prime positioning near Hyde Park, but were relying on passing footfall and hotel traffic to fill tables. They needed a fresh approach to get people through the door of their award-winning restaurant and enjoy their world-class food - and famous hospitality.

As the full-service agency for high-end restaurant chain Rüya, our work spanned all digital media channels, as well as PR & event management. From managing coordinating photo & video shoots, to managing organic & paid social and search, we were the one-stop-shop for digital marketing services. Tailoring the strategy specifically to hospitality meant our metrics got bums on seats, allowing them the time to focus on taking care of the customers.
How we navigated it




In the fast-paced world of high-end hospitality, things can turn on a dime. We needed to have the foresight to deal with fluctuating seasonality, but also react when we needed to push reservation numbers, respond to reviews or capitalise on opportunities to build the brand. Combining a solid foundational marketing strategy with extra resources planned for tactical activations, our agile approach led to multiple sold-out special events and double-digit press coverage pieces in titles like Time Out and MSN. On the digital side, we improved Email CTR by over 400% and drove over 20,000 views a week to Rüya’s Google Business Profile through paid search & social - turning attention into action.
