SERVICES / DIGITAL AND WEB DESIGN

Digital and web design

We design websites, digital products and online experiences for brands with something complex to explain, sell or support.

As a website design agency, we connect strategy, UX, UI and build from the start. That means the structure, visual language and technical decisions are made around the people using the experience and the teams responsible for keeping it current.

What we help with

01

Website strategy and design

A new website needs more than attractive pages.

We establish what the website needs to do, who it needs to work for and how the content should be organised. That can include discovery, information architecture, UX, UI, design systems and support through build and launch.

02

UX, UI and digital products

Digital products need to make complicated tasks feel manageable.

We design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces for tools, platforms and services. The work gives product and development teams a clear basis for testing and delivery.

03

Digital design systems

A website becomes difficult to maintain when every page is designed from scratch.

We create flexible components, page structures and visual rules that help teams publish consistently without making every new piece of content a separate design exercise.

04

Ecommerce, booking and conversion journeys

The route from interest to action often contains the biggest problems.

We look at how people browse, compare, enquire, book or buy, then design the pages and interactions that help them move through the process with less friction.

05

Campaign landing pages and content systems

A campaign landing page has a specific job and a limited amount of time to do it.

We shape the message, page structure and visual treatment around the audience, traffic source and action required. Where campaigns run across several channels, we create a system that keeps the experience connected.

What the work can include

Not every project needs all of this. We scope the work around the decisions that need to be made and the people who will be responsible for using and managing the experience.

Save the Children

Save the Children needed a digital service that could work for field workers and children without becoming complicated or clinical.

Workshops with children, guardians and teachers helped us understand how different audiences interacted with educational material. We used those findings to shape the interface, design system and interactive learning modules around their needs.

Bonjuk Bay

Bonjuk Bay is less a conventional hotel and more a place people need to understand and feel before they arrive. Our web design translated its identity and character into a digital experience built around strong imagery, clear navigation and considered storytelling, creating a website that gives prospective guests a better sense of the destination while making practical information easy to find.

Selected digital work

Digital work connected to the wider brand

Websites are rarely isolated projects. They need to carry the proposition, identity, campaign idea and content system around them.

Our strategy, brand, digital, marketing, video and experiential teams work closely, so the website can support the wider job rather than becoming another disconnected channel.

That also means we can bring the right specialists into the work without turning a relatively simple question into a chain of separate briefs.

Magnetic has teams in London and Istanbul. For international work, we can establish what should remain consistent across markets and where language, culture or customer behaviour needs a different response.
