ASTON VILLA x EL GOUNA —

Magnetic created the activation strategy and carried it through press day and matchday at Villa Park. The experience moved across the Oak Room El Gouna Lounge, hospitality, the fan zone and live stage, supported by VR, an AR postcard, a QR competition, stadium screens and LED, print, wayfinding and station branding.
We designed the journey as one connected story, then handled the content and delivery details that made it land: photography and video direction, branded assets, gifts and brochures, host training and on-site production. Every touchpoint turned the destination promise into something fans could experience, not just see.
How we navigated it

The wider partnership review recorded 24,157 unique landing-page visitors, 5,041 competition registrations and 2,335 consented leads. More than 800 hospitality guests experienced the brand, while press activity generated over 70 clips and a combined reach of 53.8 million. The result was a sponsorship brought to life as a connected experience, built to create attention, participation and a measurable route from Villa Park to El Gouna.
