As a multinational company with over 30 hotels across the world, Orascom Hotels bring together all of their employees for their annual conference. Hundreds of people come from far and wide to reflect on the year, show appreciation for every staff member and unveil the strategy for the next year.
The challenge

Such an occasion requires some equally-impressive highlights. Our in-house video team took in various media, including drone footage, staff interviews and more to create a video that truly showcased the incredible work of every member of staff and the memorable moments from the year.
How we navigated it
The video was such a success that we’ve now been commissioned to create a series of internal videos highlighting each area of the business and their contribution. This will form part of a larger project around internal promotion that we’ll be leading on.
